1. General
1.1 These conditions apply to the sale of Dreamcandy products by ADD-Design bv through its web shop “Dreamcandy”.
1.2 Placing an order via the web shop “Dreamcandy” leads to the acceptance of these conditions.
1.3 Dreamcandy by ADD-Design bv reserves the right to change and / or supplement these conditions at any time for future orders.
1.4 Current agreements are subject to the conditions that applied at the time of the conclusion of the agreement.
2. Agreements and Promotions
2.1 An agreement is concluded when an e-mail is sent to the e-mail address specified by the customer to confirm his order.
2.2 The customer and Dreamcandy by ADD-Design bv explicitly agree that a valid agreement can be concluded by using electronic forms of communication. In particular, the absence of a normal signature does not affect the binding force of the agreement. Insofar as the law allows, the electronic files of Dreamcandy by ADD-Design bv count as evidence for this.
2.3 The products are always displayed as completely and accurately as possible. In any case, the description is sufficiently detailed to allow the customer to make a good assessment. When using images of the products, they are displayed as accurately as possible. Reasonable deviations in color and shape are possible. Under no circumstances do the images have a contractual value.
2.4 Promotions are valid while supplies last.
2.5 Dreamcandy by ADD-Design bv reserves the right to refuse orders in the following cases: if a product is not in stock, if there is serious suspicion of abuse of rights by the customer, and in case of force majeure.
3. Prices
3.1 All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. The amount due by the customer is stated in the confirmation email of an order.
3.2 Dreamcandy by ADD-Design bv reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time. The products are always invoiced on the basis of the applicable rates at the time of the conclusion of the agreement.
4. Payments
4.1 Payments are made via Mollie nv. The order will be sent as soon as the amount due has been transferred and received on the account of Dreamcandy by ADD-Design bv.
5. Delivery and delivery times
5.1 Orders are shipped within 5 working days following the day that the amount due is in the account of Dreamcandy by ADD-Design bv.
5.2 These delivery times are indicative and therefore no rights can be derived from this.
5.3 In case of stock failure, the customer will be informed by e-mail about the expected delivery date.
5.4 The total liability of Dreamcandy by ADD-Design bv in case of shortcomings of its obligations will in no case exceed the purchase price of the product (s) in question.
5.5 Deliveries take place at the address specified by the customer when ordering. Dreamcandy by ADD-Design bv can in no way be held responsible for errors committed by the customer when entering the delivery and / or billing address and which may lead to delays in delivery or the inability to order the products ordered to deliver.
5.6 As soon as the products to be delivered have been delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk with regard to the delivered products is transferred to the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal
7.1 Article 66 1 ° of Book VI of the Code of Economic Law reads as follows:
“Are not covered by this chapter:
1 ° the sale of food, drinks or other goods that are intended for daily household consumption and that are physically delivered by a company to the place of residence or residence or the workplace of the consumer on the basis of frequent and regular rounds. “
7.2 The products sold by Dreamcandy by ADD-Design bv are food products, so every purchase is final and will not be taken back by Dreamcandy by ADD-Design bv.
